Postage

All online orders are delivered by express post via Australia Post.

Packaging & Delivery

All packaging conceals the contents of your delivery. All purchases are sent via a trackable service. For any customer living outside of Australia wanting a quote on postage please email us stating your location and we can arrange a quote outlining cost and options available to you.

Confirmation

If you provide a valid email address when ordering you will receive an email to confirm order & shipping details.

Payment

Paypal is a secure payment method and is Jewels of the World’s preferred payment option. We accept mastercard, visa and bankcard via mail order and telephone order. Bank transfers are acceptable, you will receive our bank details when you make an order.

Returns

Any item being returned must be accompanied by the original invoice indicating item. We need to know the reason for return and what action you wish us to take. Postage on all returned items is the responsibility of the purchaser.
